Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be in Knoxville, TN for you to sell my car?

Absolutely not.  We can help you no matter where you are. However if you choose to have us handle all aspects of your sale you can bring the car to us. We will handle every bit of the process for you.

Do you charge up front?

No, not for any of our services.   We only charge a minimum ad fee of $500 after 30 days which is deducted from your final total once the car sells.  This also allows us the privilege of listing your car for as long as it takes to get it sold for you.

Do you have a minimum value for a consignment car?

We do have a minimum fee of $1500 for a consignment that’s valued under $38,000. We also have a max fee of $6,000 for ultra high priced exotics.

Do you have a DOC Fee?

We never charge DOC Fees.

Why should I buy from you?

You should buy from us because we are a three-person team here at Overton Automotive Brokers.  We are not driven by commissioned sales.  We work for you, not for ourselves and try to give buyers a different more personal experience when they come to us.  We want our customers to be lifelong customers and friends.

Do you buy cars from individuals?

Yes, we do.  We are interested in your trade even if you don’t buy a car from us.  We can offer KBB Trade in value on many vehicles.
